COVID-19 Safety Protocols

As a trusted business partner to our valued clients, responsible community member and employer, we are committed to doing our part to help stop the further spread of COVID-19. Following recommendations from the Provincial Health Authority and WorkSafe BC, we have implemented the following measures to ensure our team, clients and families stay safe:

• Practicing a mixed remote and in-office work model

When in the office, we are adhering to social distancing rules as much as possible by limiting movement within our common office spaces as well as coordinating to limit the number of bodies in the office at the same time.

• Practicing good hand hygiene habits along with regular use of hand sanitizer.

This include washing our hands often, but especially when we have exited and then re-entered our office space. We have hand sanitizer available for general use.

• Staying home when feeling ill
• Extra cleaning precautions

In addition to Cadillac Fairview’s Covid-19 enhanced cleaning and hygiene protocols, we are ensuring to keep common areas within our office space clean and sanitized throughout the work day. This includes wiping down commonly used surfaces, such as countertops, doorknobs, shared equipment and chairs.

• Limiting the number of in-office client meetings

For the safety of our team and our clients and their families, we are pleased to schedule and accommodate out of office meetings at convenient and safe outdoor locations or arranging for a virtual meeting. Should clients need to physically attend at our office, there will be no more than 3 people in the boardroom at once and we will wipe down the door handles, chairs and boardroom table after each meeting.

Additionally, we will be screening clients prior to scheduling meeting by asking the following questions:

1. have you recently returned from an overseas trip;

2. do you have any cold or flu-like symptoms; and

3. have you been exposed to anyone that has tested positive for Covid-19 or has cold or flu-like symptoms.
