Helen is a York House School alumna, lifer and former Head Girl. She attended the University of Ottawa and completed a dual honours degree in Political Science and Communications, graduating Magna Cum Laude. While in Ottawa she worked for a federal Cabinet Minister for three years in an operations and communications role. 

Helen currently attends the University of Calgary where she is completing her juris doctor.
